The state of Colorado has passed a ruling that EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfers) (Network: Quest) cards may no longer be honored at establishments that engage in gaming, have a liquor license (3.2 beer sellers exempt), and marijuana dispensaries.
All ATMs in such establishments must display an informative sticker to notify customers of the law.
